Abdullah M. Alkandari
Founder & Attorney at Law
Oversees the Firm’s legal practice and client representation, with a focus on corporate and commercial matters, investment, contracts and projects, tenders, litigation, arbitration and commercial settlements.
Hisham Hamdan
Legal Consultant
Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the Arab Republic of Egypt and has extensive experience in legal practice and the legal profession. His experience includes legal advisory work, legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing contracts and legal memoranda, assessing disputes and litigation matters, and contributing to the development of appropriate legal strategies.
He supports the Firm’s practice through his legal experience and works closely with the wider team in matters requiring in-depth legal analysis, legal drafting, contract review and dispute-related advisory work.
Mohammed Abdullah
Financial & Economic Advisor
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and has experience in the financial and economic aspects of corporate settlements, dissolution and liquidation, including the assessment of related financial positions and liabilities and contributing to the evaluation of appropriate solutions in coordination with the Firm’s legal team.
As part of the Firm’s multidisciplinary team, he contributes to matters requiring an integrated legal, financial and economic perspective, particularly commercial settlements, corporate dissolution and liquidation, and the settlement of related liabilities, debts and financial claims.
